PIXMINDS DISTRIBUTION LEXIP X UBISOFT – GAMING ACCESSORIES VOUCHER PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://assassinscreedshadows.lexip.co from part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

  1. The Promoter is Pixminds Distribution, 45 Route d’Apremont, 73000 Barberaz, FRANCE (the “Promoter”). 

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (CEST) on the 23th October 2024 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on the 30th August 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). 

Eligibility

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a legal resident aged 18+ (the “Participant”) of either European Union, United Kingdom, United States of America, Saudi Arabia or Canada (the “Territories”). 
  2. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. 
  3. Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (as defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and is specifically excluded as a Participant. 
  4. Participant must have a PS5 or a PC in order to play the Content. 

Offer

  1. The Promoter is offering the Promotion whereby Participants will be eligible to claim one (1) game code for a digital copy of Assassin’s Creed Shadows (the “Content”) as listed in Table 1 below (the “Reward”) upon purchasing a new (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Lexip’s bundle listed in Table 1 (“Promotion Products”) within the Promotion Period, subject to full compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Full details of the Rewards are given at Table 1 below.

Seagate Bundle

  1. Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an alternative of equivalent or higher value. Any such substitution will be communicated in advance to affected Participants. 

Claims

  1. After purchasing a Promotion Product during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://assassinscreedshadows.lexip.co and complete the Claim form with their name, contact information, other requested information including but not limited to Promotion Product SKU, delivery address and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase (a “Claim”). Participants will be required to upload an image of the packaging displaying the SKU on the back of the Promotion Product. 
  2. Claims must be submitted before the 30th of September 2025 23:59 (GMT) (the “End Date”). Claims received after the End Date will not be eligible for a Reward. 
  3. To ensure fair participation and prevent abuse, one (1) reward will be granted per eligible product purchased and each household may claim up to a maximum of four (4) Rewards throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased. 

  4. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Please not that Claims received may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a Claim and Participants will be sent an email to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”). 

    If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at activation@lexip.co within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

  5. Rewards are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that stocks are exhausted, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value. Participants will be notified in such cases. 
  6. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within (7) seven days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward. 
  7. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims. 
  8. Subject to making a valid Claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Reward will be dispatched via email to the email address provided by the Participant on the Claim form at the latest date between three (3) days before the launch of the Content within thirty (30) days of the Claim being validated or. 
  9. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
  10. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. 

  11. If a Participant returns a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by sending an email atactivation@lexip.co. The Promoter reserves the right to check with retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so. 

    Any claim related to a defect in conformity or the delivery of a Reward must be made within 2 years from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Article L217-3 of the French Consumer Code. 

Reward Redemption

To activate the Reward, Participants must complete the following between 00:01 (CEST) on the 14th of March 2025 and 23:59 (GMT) on the 30th August 2025 (“Redemption Period”):

  1. Go to the page https://assassinscreedshadows.lexip.co/  
  2. Enter a valid email address on which you will receive the game code - warning : during the procedure, some emails will be send to this email address. 
  3. Press Validate 
  4. Go to your mailbox and open the confirmation email. Please check your spam folder too. 
  5. Click on the confirmation link in the email 
  6. On the page, please enter: 
    1. Last name, First name 
    2. Email address 
    3. Postal address 
    4. Name of the bundle 
    5. Add all other needed information 
  7. Add proof of purchase: photo or PDF file of an invoice or receipt 
  8. Add the 26-character code indicated on the code card found in the product packaging - if the card is missing, contact Lexip by sending an email at support@lexip.co 
  9. Press Validate 

If the game is for PS5

  1. Go to your mailbox to retrieve your Reward code and access the redeem website at: https://redeem.ubisoft.com/assassins-creed-shadows  
  2. Enter the Reward code provided by email. Reward codes activated after the expiry of the Redemption Period will not be accepted. 
  3. Log in with your existing Ubisoft account credentials or create a new account. 
  4. You will receive an email with the console key to the address email linked to your Ubisoft account. Then, put the key from this email on the Playstation Network to unlock the game.

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Personal data provided by Participants will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, on the basis of fulfilling a contractual obligation. Inaccordance with applicable data protection laws, Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their data. Data will be retained only for the duration necessary for the completion of the Promotion and will not be transferred to third parties without the Participant’s express consent.For more information, see our privacy policy: https://assassinscreedshadows.lexip.co/legal. 

General

  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to an unforesenable, external, and irresistible event or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control. 
  2. In the event of a dispute concerning the Reward or the outcome of a Claim, Participants may submit a complaint in writing to the Promoter’s address. 
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. 
  4. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. 
  5. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included. 
  6. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. 
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of France. However,in accordance with the application of Regulation Brussels I bis, this choice of law shall not deprive Participants of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the laws of their country of residence.
